Specific responsibilities of the role:
Provide reliable and accurate reporting data, on time, both for site, region and headquarter management
Collect, consolidate, analyse and validate financial data in order to produce actual budget and forecasts, draw conclusions on budget/actual variances and recommend corrective action
Ensure the reliability and accuracy of the forecasting system
Interface and coordinate with project controllers, operations controllers to report and cascade information
Be a business partner to operational teams by proposing improvement and/or corrective actions
Prepare and consolidate monthly business reviews presentations
Participate in the change management initiatives (systems/application roll-out, organisational changes, …)
Provide follow up on the global cash cycle through the Projects and site balance sheet and analyse the working capital improvement levers.
Report and control site cash status and push to put preventative measures in place to achieve the objectives of the site
Support actions to reduce overdue level
Guarantee that internal control rules are correctly applied within the site and ensure that the financial structure of the site, its processes and systems, are compliant with all internal and external requirements.
Provide reliable financial information to external auditors
Qualifications & Experiences
Mandatories
Business School/University Degree
Fluent in English
Previous experience (+5 years) in controlling area
Practical experience of financial reporting, having lived through a number of financial cycles (Budget, estimating, reporting, closing).
Tools: Good knowledge and agility with Microsoft Excel, SAP, reporting
Desirable
Previous experience in external Audit

Autonomy: defines priorities and perform tasks with limited supervision
Reliable and well-organized
Resilience, ability to work under pressure and exposure N+1, N+2 or other Finance Managers.
Manage complex controlling subjects

Expertise in SAP FI/CO is appreciated
