We’re seeking a Product Manager to help us create outstanding Web development educational product on for the LatAm market. You’ll collaborate closely with Content team and Student experience teams.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Identify market opportunities and define product strategies to address them, ensuring a focus on educational methodology and learning results.
- Integrate proven educational methodologies and best practices into product design to enhance the learning experience and outcomes. Work closely with educational experts and LX designers to ensure products are pedagogically sound.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to understand the needs of our target audience. Analyze competitive products to ensure our offerings are differentiated and compelling.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Advocate for the best possible user experience, with a focus on creating intuitive, engaging, and effective learning experiences that drive positive educational outcomes.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of educational products in achieving desired learning outcomes. Use data to inform product iterations and improvements.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Manage product budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech, educational methodologies, and learning sciences to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of product frameworks, methodologies and project management tools.
- English B2+.
- Spanish and Portuguese as a plus.
