Main Tasks: Overseeing payroll procedures and payroll transactions for Brazil and additional LATAM countries to be defined. Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses. Process expenses reimbursment. Process benefit costs, like insurance fees and sick leaves. Interpret and apply labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll/finance practices. Conduct regular audits on payroll and finance procedures and records. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with department heads to forecast future financial needs and allocate resources effectively. Requirements and skills Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese is a must. Schedule: MON – FRI 6am a 3pm ó 7am a 4pm. CST Background in HR/Payrolling is highly appreciated but not necessary. Previous work experience in Finance or Payroll related role ior relevant role and/or legal background, especially labor law is highly appreciated. Excellent organizational skills, strong phone and email communication skills. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Any other language is an advantage. Based in Brazil, work from home position. Candidates work half the day hand-in-hand with the client, but after midday, they will work independently. Therefore, they must be very autonomous and responsible.
